About Me With years of personal practice and now with a formal training in traditional Hatha and Yin Yoga, I bring a grounded and compassionate approach to every session. My journey into yoga began during a high-pressure corporate career — and it transformed not just my body, but my way of being. Today, I offer yoga as a path to self-awareness, balance, and inner strength. I’ve taught students from all walks of life — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners — both in group classes and private settings. My focus is on creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where students feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace. I take my role as a teacher seriously, and I continue to deepen my own studies through regular trainings, workshops, and spiritual practice. You can expect professionalism, warmth, and consistency in every class — whether we meet once or every week. My Approach as a Yoga Tutor As a yoga teacher, my intention is to create a space that is safe, inclusive, and deeply connected — where students can reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and mindful presence. Teaching Techniques & Methods I draw from traditional Hatha and Yin Yoga styles, incorporating Pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and mindfulness techniques into my sessions. My approach is rooted in awareness — not just perfecting poses, but understanding your own body and mind. I adapt my teaching to suit individual needs, whether it’s calming a restless mind, improving mobility, or building strength and resilience. Typical Course Flow A typical class begins with breath awareness and gentle warm-ups, followed by a thoughtfully sequenced asana practice tailored to the student's level. Each session ends with guided relaxation or meditation to help integrate the experience. For private students, I also offer reflective tools like journaling prompts or breath-based practices to support their journey beyond the mat. Requirements I only ask that students bring an open mind and a willingness to explore their body with compassion. No prior experience is required — I meet you where you are.
