Matisse doesn’t just correct my mistakes, he explains why something is wrong and gives me simple alternatives that sound more natural. I can feel my sentences getting smoother and more “French” week after week, which is very motivating.

He’s very reliable and organized. He’s always on time and sends the material we used in class, sometimes with a short recap afterwards. It makes me feel that my learning is taken seriously and really helps me stay consistent week after week.

Before working with Matisse, I often froze when I had to speak French. Now I can actually have conversations, even when I don’t know all the words. He encourages me to keep talking, helps me find better expressions and never makes me feel judged.
