Hi, I’m Maura (she/elle), a certified yoga teacher, movement enthusiast, and yoga therapist in training. I’m passionate about making yoga fun, accessible, and empowering, helping you feel better in both mind and body, on and off the mat.
I share the practice of yoga because it has helped me improve my mental health, find my purpose, and get to know myself and my body more deeply. From an everyday practice, I turned this passion into my full-time career, traveling the world to share yoga. I’ve had the opportunity to teach at festivals and workshops across Europe and Asia.
My teaching blends the wisdom of traditional yoga with modern science, incorporating insights from physiotherapists, neurologists, and healthcare professionals on anatomy, movement, and health trends. I bring a research-informed, anatomy-based approach to every class, integrating neuroscience (brain yoga), mindful movement, and breathwork to support the nervous system, prevent injury, and promote overall well-being.
I offer therapeutic yoga for back, shoulder, and neck pain, functional yoga for mobility, flexibility, and strength, and neuro yoga to help the body feel safe, balanced, and resilient. Classes are tailored to your needs, creating a supportive environment where you can explore your practice, grow at your own pace, and thrive.
I teach yoga for the real world—reshaping how we approach yoga today by making the practice accessible to modern bodies and lifestyles, so everyone can experience its benefits in everyday life.

Classes are tailored to your needs, using insights from movement science to help you move efficiently, prevent injury, and build a sustainable practice.
I also offer 1:1 personal training, with every session fully customized to your individual goals and abilities.
