I moved to Paris recently with my wife and baby girl. I'm excited to be here and am looking forward to helping people achieve their goals in one of the greatest cities in the world. Paris is wonderful and I can see myself staying here for a very long time.

Everyone has different goals and needs, so sessions look a little bit different depending on the client. However, a "typical session" will consist of:
Warmup 5-10 minutes-This usually includes some form of breathing/stretching/mobility/activation exercises followed by
Power Training-This usually includes some form of running/sprinting drills, jumping, cutting, and or throwing a med ball.
Strength Training-This usually includes a mix of standard strength movements such as: Squats, Hinges, Lunges, Upper body pushing and pulling, and core work
Conditioning/Accessory Work-Usually we will spend the last 5-10 minutes of a session with some form of conditioning/accessory work depending on goals. This can include: Interval training, tempo runs, direct arm/abs/butt exercises.
