After my study, I Traveled for 4 years in more than 15 countries. I just came back from India where I learn many techniques to heal the body and mind with yoga, pranayama, meditation relaxation techniques... I'm really passionate by how the yoga can have a huge impact on our well-being and I want to share my passion with who want to learn.

My purpose is to teach you some techniques to be able to maintain yourself a healthy routine. It is always a real pleasure for me to transmit what I learned about those powerful knowledges which is really life changing.
