I have always been a 'natural coach'. I was always told that I am such a good partner in conversations. Many times I didn't get it why though, as I was just listening to people. I have always been interested in different life stories and after a while, I realized how much it helps people to be able to talk to someone.
Then I learned about coaching and about how I could contribute to an individuals' personal development on their life path.
I know that many people do not have a safe place to talk about their most important issues or ideas. We also do many things in our life, based on unconscious patterns of our parents and grand parents. Which, first takes introspection to realize and then a lot of courage to change.
As I also teach Hatha Yoga, the idea came to me to incorporate coaching into the Yoga practice, as Yoga in itself is a path for finding our true self and purpose.
This way we can create a safe place and confidence for you to open up and do some serious inner work, that will rapidly show in your life.

We simultaneously work on the body, mind and soul.
With personalized Pranayama (breathing techniques), Meditation, Asanas (yoga postures) and conversations we will peel your layers down to your pure self.
You will be the leader of your inner work, but always having a guidance - may doubts or succes arise - till you menage your own support system.
Why engage?
Because the occasions are completely flexible, can easily be adjusted to your job/family/travels.
Because we meet online, so you do not have to leave home and the occasiones are prepared for you personally. For it is a private coaching you get my whole attention, I do corrections (not like a youtube video) and guide you through meditation.
We talk about the topics arising in your mind/body/soul and set goals till the next occasion.
Because the frequency and intensity of the yoga coaching depends on you, we will decide about it together.
