My name is Deepak, and I am a postgraduate Indian Yoga Teacher and the founder and owner of Deep Yoga Studio.
With professional training in yoga and practical teaching experience, I have guided students of different age groups and fitness levels — both in-studio and online.
As a studio owner, I understand that every student is unique. That is why I design personalized sessions based on your goals, whether you want to:
• Reduce stress from a busy professional life
• Relieve back pain and improve posture
• Increase flexibility and mobility
• Build strength and body awareness
My teaching style is calm, structured, and alignment-focused. I combine traditional Indian yoga knowledge with a modern understanding of movement and safety.
I believe yoga is not just exercise — it is a disciplined and mindful way of improving both physical and mental well-being.
