À propos de Maria
My connection to Yoga started as early as 2009 when I took my first sessions as a young university student in Greece. Since then I have never stopped practicing yoga which led me to attend trainings in Athens and Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 in Indonesia. I have attended various yoga and meditation retreats in France and Greece, and have worked as a yoga instructor in Bali, Thailand and Athens prior to moving to France.
Yoga has helped me transform my body, mobility, and awareness through breathing: the bridge between the self and the world, an essential tool for returning to the present moment, and grounding ourselves. It allows us to progress at our own pace and opens up the path to each one's journey in yoga.
