Throughout my class, I would like to offer the opportunity for you to connect with yourself first, navigated by breaths works, then by getting to know yourself will bring you the confidence to go further with the poses as well.

If you would like to have zen moment to reset your mind or improve your focus levels, I would like to offer you to have this moment to be better of yourself.
I am open to relaxing stretchy yoga, energizing vinyasa or power yoga, or yoga during pregnancy.
